Director, Human Resources – Ambrose University
Reporting to the Vice President of Finance & Administration on a day-to-day basis, but providing a minumum of quarterly updates to the President, the Director of Human Resources is responsible to:
- Lead Ambrose University’s human resource management activities and provide leadership, direction and services to employees, Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents.
- Achieve Ambrose’s human resource initiatives, processes and programs in the areas of selection & recruitment, new employee orientation, policy development, compensation and benefits, staff & faculty relations (recognition, retention, engagement, communications), and a performance management system.
- Manage complex and sensitive staff relation issues.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, discretion and integrity.
